Rates:  First 15 days of pheasant hunting season and holidays - $120 per person per night plus sales tax

Other dates - $110 per person per night plus sales tax

A credit card is required to hold a reservation.

There is a two night minimum on any reservation.

Deposit of 1/2 of the total lodging fee is due at the time of the reservation. The balance of the total bill is due 60 days prior to the reservation. These payments can be made by check, made out to “Sandy Smith” or by credit card. If a credit card is used, the renter will pay a 4% fee.

There is a $200 cleaning fee for a reservation of 7 days or less. Reservations longer than 7 days will be cleaned again for an additional fee.

Cancellation fee notice: 60-90 days out is 50% of booking, 30-60 days out is 75% of booking, and less than 30 days is 100% of booking.

We respectfully ask for your care in helping us maintain our home.  We have a few rules to be observed:

Our Lodge is a nonsmoking facility.  

No animals are allowed.

All guns must be unloaded and stored in a case in the house.

No cleaning birds, deer or other livestock in the house.

No events.

You will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused by you during your stay.
